Crucial System Scanner

Card Layout:

If the 4890 looks familiar...well that would be because it looks identical to the 4870, except for the sticker.  No major changes to the layout or the cooler is evident here.

Here is the HD4890 alongside the Sapphire HD4870 Toxic edition; while there are some subtle changes in the layout, they are for the most part the same.  The mounting holes on the 4890 look to be in the same place as the reference 4870s, even though the Toxic does vary a bit.

The interface area has also remained unchanged, with two DVI ports straddling the standard ATi TV-out connector.

The bundle for the Sapphire 4890 also is pretty similar to what we have seen in the past, including a DVI-VGA adapter, a DVI-HDMI adapter, a flexible crossfire bridge, and a component video dongle.  Also included, but not pictured are:

  • Two Molex to six-pin PCI-e power adapters

  • CyberLink PowerDVD 7

  • CyberLink DVD Suite

  • 3DMark Vantage

  • Ruby Rom driver disk

  • Owner's Manual
