ATi has really made an impact on the video card market with their release of the 4000 series GPU.  Their top of the line 4870 provided the market with a card that was pretty close to the performance of NVIDIA's top offering and only half the price.  Now AMD is targeting another sector of the market.  The HD4670 is set to take on the sub-$100 video cards.  This new offering is sure to please the builders that are looking for an inexpensive card that can still play games.  Let's take a look at the HD4670 and see what we get for $79.99.

It looks like Sapphire has chosen to use some of those candid shots of Sarah Palin that have been floating around the internet for their cover art.  Sorry, I couldn't resist.  All kidding aside, Sapphire is sticking to the "Prepare to Dominate" theme that we've seen on their other 4000 series cards.
