World In Conflict

World in Conflict has been out for a little while now, however the advanced DirectX 10 capabilities of the game still does a pretty good job of punishing PC's out there. 

To test World In Conflict, I maxed out every setting, and used 1920x1200 as my resolution, and used the in-game benchmark to measure performance.

Single 4870 X2, 0xAA:

Above are the three WiC benches for the single 4870 X2.  Again, we can see the power of the X2 at work, considering that the Average and Minimum FPS barely budges between 0xAA and 4xAA. 

 Quadfire, 0xAA:

Now, here are the same tests with Quadfire.  As you can see, they are pretty much identical.  How much could overclocking the CPU help?

Quadfire, 4xAA with 4GHz CPU:

As you can see, not a whole lot.  This makes another game that does not scale well with Quadfire.
