The H20-120 kit gets its name from the size of the radiator and fan combo used to refresh the coolant supply. While we could mount the radiator inside the enclosure, you greatly increase the efficiency of the radiator by keeping an unrestricted and fresh flow of air moving through it. Swiftech has a contraption they call The Rad Box which is used to mount the radiator on the outside of your enclosure. The above picture shows the base mount of the Rad Box fitted over the 120mm exhaust port on the Cooler Master CM Stacker enclosure. The Rad Box can be modified with a Dermal Tool  to remove the slots and large "+" that will block the exhaust port once installed. However, those same slots can also be used to adapt the base to smaller exhaust fan outlets, such as an 80mm hole. The hardware that is supplied with the Rad Box comes with many different size nuts and bolts to make the adaptation work with even 60mm exhaust holes!

Of course, you still need to get the tubing from the radiator and power wires for the fan from outside enclosure, to the inside. Once again, all of the hardware required to install the kit is included and this "PCI pass-through" is Swiftech's answer. 3/8 inch size fittings secured with worm drive clamps on each side and a cut-out for the 3-pin power wire for the fan.

There still remains a fairly high degree of flexibility in how you install your own Rad Box, but the above picture here shows how I chose to install the radiator. The fan is between the enclosure and the radiator and is positioned to blow air through the radiator. As another note, you can protect the radiators thin fins by installing a 120mm fan guard.
