The GT has to be one of the most anticipated products Club Overclocker has ever reviewed thus far. We thought the Vapochill was one of those products that would give us what we wanted from a processor, but under load and under high vcore the Mach II GT takes off where the Vapochill runs out of steam, especially under load. One of the nicer aspects of the Mach II GT is in its overall design, although it does take a second when it comes to looks. The Vapochill LS simply looks better, although you can purchase an aluminum kit for the Mach II GT that closely resembles a Lian-Li case, and basically makes your unit and any Lian Li look as one unit.

We received the optional LED display with our review sample. It is optional but definitely recommended. Unlike the Vapochill LS you can't turn the GT's display off, but it does display the same kind of temperature information. Much like the Vapochill the Mach II GT has a kit that allows you to use an AMD 462/754/939/940 or Intel 478 processor. The Intel 775 processor has its own kit so if you're ordering one of these units make sure and get the right one according to your system configuration.

The infamous seal string comes with any corresponding cpu kit. You can use this stuff on just about anything and it works great for condensation prevention as well. It can be applied and taken away with no mess.

The Mach II GT is a very powerful device with a huge Danfloss compressor which can take the heat away from an AMD A64 running at close to 2 volts!

One of the first things you'll notice if you get the LCD option is that you have to install it yourself. This is easily done with the instructions included and a screwdriver and takes all but a few minutes to faster on then run the corresponding wire loom to the back of the Mach II GT

The Mach II GT also features a powerful PSU which won't rely on PC power for function.
