Enermax has unveiled a new line of PSU called
NAXN. There are three types of power supplies in the line, the
NAXN (tomahawk II), NAXN 80+ and the NAXN 82+. The NAXN
82+ is modular, while the other two are not. Enermax sent
over a NAXN 82+ 750w for our enjoyment.
The technology that goes into a power supply
has really changed in the last few years. Today we are
looking at a power supply that is 80 plus bronze certified.
The bronze certification means that the power supply is 82-88%
efficient at 20%-100% load. Standard 80 Plus is 80%
efficient at all loads. Let's look at the Enermax NAXN 750 and see what its got.
