Testing:

After a trouble free installation of both the hardware and drivers, we loaded Windows XP and patched everything to the latest versions.  Even Service Pack 2 was installed.  Virus protection was provided by Norton Anti-Virus 2002.  For monitoring the Soltek HW monitor was used in conjunction with Si-Soft Saundra 2005 SR1.

Soltek's HW Monitor in action.  This is also referred to by Soltek as M.O.M. or Mainboard Operation Monitor.  I guess that means Mom is watching over the hardware!

Here are the Default settings shown in CPU-Z.

For your reference here is the Xerox DIMM settings.  After several frustrating attempts to OC the RAM, I resigned my self to new DDR 400s for future builds.  This is as good as they got.

This represents the most stable OC as tested by PassMark's Burnin Test V4.0. Its not much, but for a factory cooled 3000+ its not too bad.

Synthetic Benchmarks:

The overclocked results in FutureMark's 3D Mark 03.  Default yielded a 8224 score.

The difference in PCMark 04 is much larger with a pre OC score of 3698.

The 3DMark 05 score remained so constant I tested it again.  My biggest score was 3713 but the above 3659 score is about average, beating the pre OC by about 100 every time.

For reference Sandra shows the 64 bit 3000+ against the P4s and my old 2800+.
