OCZ promises 2-2-2 performance, but what are they using to guarantee that to us?

The picture is starting to get a little clearer now.  Let's use the handy-dandy part number decoder from Samsung to find out what all of those numbers mean.

OCZ is taking the newest generation Samsung chips, rated at 250MHz and throwing them into 200MHz RAM.  This is awesome news for the enthusiast.  If you buy this PC3200, you are guaranteed overclocking headroom.  Typically you aren't guaranteed anything above the rated settings, but in this case OCZ is using RAM chips that are rated for 250MHz.  I'm getting excited about testing these bad boys out.
