Over the last couple of years I have amasses a nearly endless array of external devices that clutter my desktop both at home and in the office.  This fact is not lost on the engineers over at Ultra Products.  The Stackables Series represents Ultra's solution to all that mess; a stackable, matching system of external devices that let you pick and choose the devices you need and stack them neatly on your desk.  Today we will be looking at some of the more useful components in the series and the power center that brings it all together.  Lets take a look!

     As you can see from the packaging, Ultra has packaged the Stackables or StaqSeries components in matching boxes that show off each product and all the related information we have come to expect.  But Ultra has also devoted some of the front real estate to displaying the versatility of each unit as a stand alone and as a stackable component.

     As you can see from this image taken of the All-In-One Card Reader & USB Hub, each device can lay flat, stand upright using the optional foot brackets or act as a stacked component in the set.  This is a really great way to start out with a single device, like a ESATA drive enclosure, and gradually pick up the rest of the devices you will need over time.
