Sunbeam Samurai - Gamers PC Enclosure

Inside the Samurai, all interior edges of the enclosure have been rolled to prevent nasty scrapes and cuts while working inside. You can pretty much put your tool box away after the motherboard stand-offs are installed and the motherboard and power supply is in place. In addition to the four screws mounting the power supply, there is small flanged shelf which will help support the internal edge of the power supply. PCI/AGP expansion cards will be held in place with the white snaps instead of screws. The large white box on the back of the frame is a snap-in holder which mounts the two 80mm fans

The shape of the rear chassis prevents fans from being mounted directly to the frame. Instead, you clip the 80mm fans into this holder and mount that whole assembly into the back of the enclosure. Four small tabs and two screws will hold the entire thing in place. The exhaust holes in the frame and the slats in the holder are shaped large enough to ensure adequate cooling, even when using slower rotating, less noise producing fans. The case was constructed with gamers in mind, with proper ventilation being a chief concern.
