Packaging and Hardware:

The packaging is typical for a case and is more than adequate.  I've seen some boxes come to my door that looked pretty beat up and this style packaging kept the case nice and safe.

There really isn't a whole lot to expect when it comes to additional hardware for a case.  Especially a case that has thumbscrews that hold the sides on, screwless optical drive bays, screwless PCI mounts and screwless HDD mounts.  The only thing you need screws for is the motherboard.  The baggy includes stand-offs and screws, and there are 4 fan adapters as well.

External View:

I really like the plain black case when the design is right.  If you get the case right, you don't need a lot of flash.  Aerocool's design is all business, designed for function and airflow.

This is a steel case and pretty heavy duty.  The side panel has ventilation where the CPU is located.  The top of the case has two 140mm exhaust fans and it all mesh.  The front is mesh which helps air flow.  It also looks very cool.

The mesh in the front is perfect for a large intake fan.

The door has room for 4 massive 120 or 140mm fans.  You can have up to 10 fans installed in the entire case.

Looking down from the top, you can see the two very large 140mm fans.  There is also a tray on top, perfect for an external drive or mp3 player.  The I/O panel door is also located on top as well as the power button and the HDD activity light.

Opening the door reveals the I/O panel which has 4 USB 2.0 ports, Firewire,, headphone and mic jacks,  e-SATA and the reset button.  I'm sure it won't be too much longer before we start seeing USB 3.0 ports showing up on cases.
