CES Las Vegas: Pre Game Show (Saturday, January 5th)

     Due to scheduling conflicts, moving and several other reasons, we were forced to skip CES in Las Vegas last year. Not wanting to miss it 2 years in a row, we started planning about 6 months in advance for the 2008 show. With press passes in hand, the 3 senior members and original founding fathers of Club Overclocker will start their journey to Las Vegas on Saturday, January 5th. The plan is to be there plenty early to check in and scope out the place long before the doors open to the public on Monday.

     With thousands of exhibitors, private and public, spread out over a dozen hotels and casinos, this year's CES experience promises to be one that we'll never forget. This year we'll be covering new product announcements and releases from many of our loyal sponsors including Kingwin, Antec, ASUS, Crucial, OCZ, Mushkin, and many more! Check back often as we'll have many updates throughout the week.

CES Las Vegas: Pre Game Show (Sunday, January 6th)

     To save time, we arrived at the Las Vegas Convention Center plenty early on Sunday to pick up our press packs and scope out the place. LVCC was full of activity with vendors scrambling to setup booths and lugging in equipment. We could already see that the LVCC would be packed wall to wall. We don't have much to report on from Sunday, but the show doesn't officially kick off until Monday. Regardless, you can check out our pre game show here.

OCZ Technology Coverage

     CES started off with a bang this year.  All of the big wigs were throwing parties and having a great time after hours.  We were lucky enough to get invited to several of the parties this year.  The one I'm going to talk about is the OCZ party.  Ryan Petersen can really throw a party.  He started off by reserving the penthouse suite at the Bellagio and then invited us up to see their new products later in the week. CES Day 1

     Today CES Las Vegas officially started and man is there a lot to see. The CES show is spread out all over Las Vegas and not confined to just the Las Vegas Convention Center. This year there is a ton of stuff to see at the Venetian Hotel, displays at the Bellagio, Caesars Palace, The Hilton, and more... Our day 1 coverage is still in works but you can check it out here!

CES Day 2

     We got off to a late start on Tuesday.  Come to find out, we're old and just can't party until 2 am and get up at 7am anymore.  Day 2 took us to the Sands convention center inside the Venetian.  It's not as large as the LVCC, but it still took us all day to look around.
